South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide weekend coverage in hospital and acute care settings. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality patient care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome. Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
