Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our per diem team in hospital and acute care settings. We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities to work with leading facilities through Enhance Therapies family.

The ideal candidate has a current California PT license, a strong focus on quality patient care, and a willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
