Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in physical therapy (Board-certified PT in the state of CA or license applicant)
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and forward-thinking mindset
  • Demonstrates interest in becoming a pelvic floor therapist (experience or desire to specialize) desired but not required
  • Enthusiasm for personal growth and advancing professional skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate non-skilled tasks and manage support personnel
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory
