The Physical Therapist provides a wide range of medically prescribed physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients experiencing orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions. The Physical Therapist evaluates patient diagnoses, applies diagnostic and prognostic tests to measure muscle, nerve, and joint function, and correlates information from the evaluation to develop short-term and long-term goals. The PT will establish a plan of care to restore function and prevent further disability in the presence of disease or following injury/surgery.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Graduate of APTA approved curriculum.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana or eligible to do so.
