Results Physiotherapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is offering a Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model for Physical Therapists in Franklin, TN. You choose your caseload and schedule—evenings and weekends may be available—while our system helps you deliver high-quality care efficiently.

Enjoy autonomy, straightforward pay per evaluation ($45) and follow-up ($30), streamlined documentation, and a supportive team. Tennessee licensure required (or eligible); DPT/MPT preferred.

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible).
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
