Job summary

Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics program in McMinnville, TN. This Visit-Based-Earnings model lets you control your caseload, while we provide tools and support to deliver high-quality care.

You’ll decide workloads, work evenings and weekends if you choose, and earn $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. Our onboarding and documentation systems are designed to maximize clinical time.

Qualifications

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions and documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow.
