Benchmark Physical Therapy in Erie, PA, invites licensed Physical Therapists to join our team under the ViBE compensation model. You control your caseload and schedule, with support to deliver high-quality care to our community.

We offer flexible hours (evenings/weekends), 10-40 visits per week, and 1:1 or 2:1 patient care. Competitive pay: $45–$55 per hour, plus employee discounts and benefits. Upstream Rehabilitation supports your professional growth and work-life balance.
