Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Vinita, OK. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes a starting pay of $39.78 per hour, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000.

You' ll work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

What You' ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as goals are achieved.
• Establish realistic functional goals and assist patients in reaching them.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and patient outcomes.
• Complete daily documentation and billing in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
• Participate in continuing education, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with mentoring students, new employees, and volunteers when appropriate.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist License or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice in Oklahoma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.

New graduates are encouraged to apply! 0-6 months of related experience required.

Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-Time (40 hours per week) No weekends listed
