*Core Responsibilities*
* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized plans of care for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
* Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education that aligns with best evidence
* Document timely, accurate EMR notes compliant with payer and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with referring providers, support staff, and fellow clinicians to optimize outcomes
* Contribute to clinic growth through community outreach and mentorship of students/techs
* Uphold Vista PT’s commitment to exceptional patient experience and safety
*Qualifications*
* *Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT* from CAPTE-accredited program
* *Current or eligible Texas PT license* (new grads encouraged to apply)
* Passion for outpatient orthopedics; interest in sports rehab, dry needling, or residency track a plus
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and EMR documentation skills
* Ability to work 40 hours/week with occasional early or late shifts to meet patient demand
* CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
