Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at 360 Physical Therapy in Yukon, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities, thereby promoting overall fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to diagnose movement dysfunctions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of equipment as necessary.

Provide specialized services in areas including balance and fall prevention, chronic pain management, dry needling, headache treatment, neurological rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease care, pediatric orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, and worker’s compensation cases.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions at home.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.

Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to the specialized services offered at our clinic.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
