Job Title: Physical Therapist 13 Week Contract

Location: Tyler, MN

Overview

• Setting: LTC/SNF, OP, and HH
• Total Pay Package: Starting at $2,000 per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; No weekends or holidays
• Start Date: ASAP; Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants/Therapy Aides
• Consult with patients and develop treatment plans
• Coach patients on therapeutic exercises
• Maintain patient records and advise on in-home treatment

Qualifications

• Doctorate or masters in physical therapy
• Valid state licensure
• Strong communication skills; experience preferred
