Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations.

The position requires an accredited PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral) and an active state license. BLS/CPR certification is required, with travel-ready availability and excellent patient communication. Willits, CA offers a quiet, scenic base for a dynamic travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of practice is required.
• AT LEAST a PTA? No, PT degree required from APTA-accredited programs.
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider is required.
• DPT degree required if licensure obtained after Jan 2016 or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation and recovery from injuries.
• Help patients manage chronic conditions under supervision.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• No call required.
