Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations. Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active State License to start assignment
• BLS certification may be required from a recognized provider (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Provide traveling physical therapy services to patients across multiple sites
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes in charting systems
• Maintain licensure, stay compliant with employer and state regulations
