Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to support patients across diverse facilities in Minnesota. You will assess, plan, and implement PT interventions to improve mobility and function for travelers while enjoying the flexibility of short-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) from an accredited program.
• Active state PT license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by issuing organization.
• Candidates should have 1+ years of PT experience.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/TCU settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients traveling for assignments.
• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with facilities and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• May float to other facilities as assignments change.
