Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Willingness and ability to float to other regional hospital facilities as needed.
• Ability to meet facility immunization and onboarding requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
• Weekend Requirement: 2–3 weekends per month.
• Duration: 13-week assignment with 36 hours guaranteed per week.
• Floating: Required to float to other regional facilities as needed.
