Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab role in Lebanon, New Hampshire. You will assess and treat patients across the adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, focusing on musculoskeletal and orthopedic care while managing post-operative rehabilitation needs.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Develop and progress therapeutic exercise programs and balance training.
• Perform manual therapy and gait training as part of musculoskeletal care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

• Experience providing musculoskeletal and orthopedic care is required
• Experience caring for post-operative patients including rotator cuff repairs, total joint arthroplasty, ACL and meniscal procedures, hip labral repairs, and foot and ankle procedures is required
