Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring life in Indiana. You’ll work in a mixed general outpatient clinic serving ortho, geriatric, vestibular, amputee and pelvic health populations.

Requirements include a PT degree (Bachelors, Masters or DPT) from an accredited program, a valid state license to practice, and BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral) from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana state license to practice.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a mixed general outpatient clinic.
• Patient populations include ortho, geriatric, vestibular, amputees, and pelvic health.

• Develop treatment plans aligned with goals and evidence-based practice.
