Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in Bloomington, Indiana. You will participate in home visits and periodic office meetings as part of travel assignments.

Qualifications include a PT degree (ACCEPTABLE levels) and an active state license, with BLS and CPR certifications often required. Reliable transportation and liability insurance are also expected.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Home visits and periodic office meetings.
