Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations.

You'll perform in-home visits and periodic office meetings across assigned assignments; requires PT degree and active state licensure. We offer full benefits, competitive pay, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT degree from an accredited school per APTA.
• Active State PT license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required by the client.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Home visits and periodic office meetings are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PT visits and periodic office visits as needed.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and monitor treatment plans and outcomes.
