Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist in Crown Point, Indiana. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana PT license or ability to obtain licensure prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in inpatient hospital or inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred, including work with stroke and post-acute rehab populations.
• Demonstrated competency with mobility training, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of standard assistive devices and durable medical equipment.
• Current clinical experience treating neurologic and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.
• Compact license eligibility noted as relevant; candidate must confirm compact status if applicable.

• Role: Physical Therapist providing care in an inpatient stroke and rehabilitation setting.
