Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while you experience life in a new location. You will provide skilled PT services across diverse settings, coordinating care with local teams and ensuring continuity for patients during ongoing travel assignments.

Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, an active state license (CA preferred), BLS, and the ability to work in multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited programs approved by the APTA.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment; CA PT license preferred.
• BLS certification may be required; background checks including TB screening, MMR, HepB, TDap, Flu, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across diverse settings for traveling assignments.
• Coordinate care with local teams to ensure continuity for patients during travel assignments.
• Assess and treat patients with injuries or chronic conditions while supporting mobility and function.
