Island Therapy Center on Sanibel, FL seeks a physical therapist for a 4–5 month assignment starting December or January. You will evaluate and treat your own patients in a largely orthopedic, self-pay/Medicare caseload with 2–5 evaluations weekly and no turnover to assistants.

Live near the clinic with a housing stipend or subsidized housing option, 25–35 hours per week, flexible days, and the potential for an end-of-season bonus. Active FL PT license and 2+ years outpatient experience required.

• Active Florida Physical Therapy License required.
• At least 2 years outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat own patients with a primarily orthopedic caseload.
• One-on-one scheduling with minimal turnover to assistants.
• Set your own hours (25–35 hours/week) with no weekend work.
• Maintain straightforward documentation and keep your own patients.

Job Description

Housing stipend available or subsidized housing on Sanibel (5-minute drive from clinic) for single therapist or couple. Live in Paradise! End of season bonus offered.

Physical Therapy services for adult mostly orthopedic caseload, primarily Self-Pay and Medicare. Evaluation and treatment of your own patients, no turnover to assistants or other therapists. One on one scheduling only, typically only 2-5 evals per week! Straight-forward documentation system. Preference for therapist with at least 2 years outpatient experience. Ideal for single travelling therapist, or two therapists traveling together. Additional opportunities for therapist with niche skills. Four to five-month position, beginning December or January. Set your own hours and days (25-35 hours/week), no weekends required.

Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapy License required. At least 2 years outpatient experience preferred.
