Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and provide comprehensive rehabilitation treatments for patients, developing and implementing care plans to meet goals.

In this role you will mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outpatient orthopaedic care. No weekends or holidays; 40 hours weekly; sign-on bonus for external candidates with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• PT License in State of practice.
• CPR certification.

The Physical Therapist plans and provides treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals. You will develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients. You will advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while showing competence, awareness, and sensitivity of their physical, emotional and sociopsychological needs. This role provides a leadership opportunity as you will mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
