Job summary

The Physical Therapist at ProMedica Total Rehab - Sports Medicine in Sylvania plans and provides treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals, developing and implementing the plan of care.

You will advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while addressing physical, emotional, and sociopsychological needs, with a leadership role mentoring PTAs, students, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• PT License in State of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide treatment to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement the plan of care for patients.
