Select Physical Therapy in New Milford, CT is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Outpatient/In-Home program. The role focuses on patients needing in-home therapy after total joint replacements, with mileage paid and a 100% s/p joint caseload.

Qualificações

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and maintain required training and comply with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatments.
• Communicate openly with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time physical therapist for our In-Home Physical Therapy Program in Connecticut. This unique opportunity deals with patients needing In-Home physical therapy following total joint replacements. If you are looking for a healthy and active patient population to treat in the home setting, this caseload of patients is 100% s/p total joint replacement. Our organization is an outpatient center so documentation is much less cumbersome that traditional Home Health. An ideal physical therapist has solid ortho skills, but we ARE able to consider a new graduate physical therapist. Mileage is paid as part of the compensation package.

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
