Select Physical Therapy in New Milford, CT is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Outpatient program. This pivotal role is based in New Milford, CT with a Monday–Friday schedule; PRN and Part-Time options are also available. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all required training and ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time physical therapist for our In-Home Physical Therapy Program in Connecticut. This unique opportunity deals with patients needing In-Home physical therapy following total joint replacements. If you are looking for a healthy and active patient population to treat in the home setting, this caseload of patients is 100% s/p total joint replacement. Our organization is an outpatient center so documentation is much less cumbersome that traditional Home Health. An ideal physical therapist has solid ortho skills, but we ARE able to consider a new graduate physical therapist. Mileage is paid as part of the compensation package.
