Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing facility / long-term care team. This is a direct hire, permanent position with a days schedule.

The selected PT will develop plans of care, provide skilled therapies per physician orders, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals. State licensure and CPR certification are required; applicants may be in the process of licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license as a PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

• Current CPR certification.
