Job summary

Pride‑Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation to restore movement and reduce pain. You will evaluate patient needs, set goals, and tailor therapies to improve functional outcomes across diverse clinical settings.

In this role, you’ll lead therapeutic exercises, provide hands-on treatment, document progress, and collaborate with care teams to support patient recovery and optimal outcomes for individuals under our care.
