Job Description

The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates, and treats patients with physical therapy needs in clinical settings (inpatient and outpatient). Responsibilities include participating in established programs, providing patient care and education, evaluating and treating patients, and developing discharge plans. Supports personnel within scope of practice.

Qualifications

1. Education: Masters Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required), Doctorate Degree (Preferred). Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
2. Experience: 1 year in a Physical Therapy setting (Preferred).
3. Licenses/Certifications: BLS (Required), PA Physical Therapist License (Required).
