Team Rehab in Lansing, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned outpatient network. In this role you’ll evaluate and treat patients with a focus on outcomes, supported by a mentorship program and a culture that prioritizes patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on medical and emotional needs.
• Build your dream caseload by focusing on patients you are passionate about.
• Collaborate with a team and supervise techs to ensure high-quality care.
• Prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas with a reasonable caseload (≈1.5 patients per hour)
