Team Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. The role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 per year plus monthly bonus potential and opportunities for ownership discussions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for patient care.
• Willingness to work in a team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with emphasis on medical and emotional needs.
• Assist in building your ideal caseload with patients you are passionate about.
• Collaborate with technicians and teammates to ensure patient care quality.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload (approx. 1.5 patients per hour) prioritizing patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
