As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in SNF settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.

1. Providing excellent care for our patients
2. Providing excellent customer service to patients and family members
3. Collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent patient care
4. Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals
