**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patients and develop effective Physical Therapy programs based on physical assessments, clinical judgment, and psychological sensitivity for both inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses.
- Provide patient education, consultation, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Pay Range: $35.89 - $62.91 per hour

Note: Actual compensation will fall within this range but may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and comparison to colleagues in similar roles.
