Alva Search Partners is actively looking for dedicated Physical Therapists who prioritize patient care, aiming to deliver outstanding physical therapy with quantifiable results.

POSITION DETAILS

$70,000/yr - $80,000/yr

Clinic Hours -7:00am to 7:00pm

Schedule is flexible within operating hours!

POSITION SUMMARY

• Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver outstanding healthcare services to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Address pain management as an integral part of the patient care process. Handle patient feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Assessment, Care Planning, and Goal Setting: Evaluate new patients and create individualized care plans to address their specific needs. Administer therapy to patients and establish measurable, functional objectives to track progress.
• Patient Education and Process Monitoring: Educate patients on available treatment options and provide guidance on home exercises for enhanced recovery. Oversee aides and diligently monitoring patient advancements and setbacks.
  
• Documentation and Productivity: Maintain timely and precise documentation of patient records. Attain a reasonable level of productivity while maintaining high standards of care.
  
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest research and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge. Contribute to research studies and aid in the development of protocols for improved patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree or higher required
• Must have a valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) certification

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly appreciated:

• One year of previous experience in an interventional pain setting.
• Any of the following licenses/certifications: Wellness Coaching Certification, Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification, Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification
