Physical Therapist - Spring, TX (25 min N of Houston)

Full time or Part time

We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Spring, TX. Our healthcare professionals offer customized treatment plans including the state-of-the-art methods of both traditional and cutting-edge therapeutic care.

Duties:

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records, and test results of patients
• Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment, and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall health
• Evaluate and record effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefits
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Communicate with referring and potentially referring physicians

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy school
• Current TX licensing and all other state-required documentation
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred but we will consider recent graduates

Schedule:

• Full time or Part time (Monday-Friday)
• No Weekends

Salary (range):

• $90k to $100k a year plus performance bonus opportunities
