Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group seeks a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in Albuquerque, NM. We offer a supportive culture focused on growth, integrity, and meaningful resident impact.

Competitive pay with a pay range of $50–$60/hour depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401k, PTO, medical/dental/vision, and licensure reimbursement after one year.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited university and licensed or in process for the appropriate state.
• Licensure in good standing or in process in the relevant state.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Supervise PTs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
