Job summary

Relient Health in Union, MO is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The role offers a competitive hourly rate (approximately $44–$60) and a comprehensive benefits package, with PTO, holidays, and CE support.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individual treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence. New grads and experienced PTs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current MO License (or eligible to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
