Stratford-Rehabilitation-Center in the United States is seeking a Physical Therapist to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing facility. You will work to restore independence and guide patients through education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and basic computer skills to navigate EHR software. Full-time hours Monday–Friday with wages of $40.00–$50.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must maintain an active, unencumbered license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in a SNF setting and support therapy goals.
• Educate patients on maintaining function post-discharge and on independent exercise and activity modification.
