Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents to relieve pain and improve function.
• Ensure treatment aligns with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and educate patients and caregivers.
• Record and monitor patient motor function, strength, and response to therapy.
• Complete documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
