Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of IL to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This 5x8 Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent PT experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current Physical Therapist license in IL.
