Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Virginia. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

We expect at least 1–2 years of SNF experience, a valid Physical Therapy license, and strong communication skills. The role offers hourly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a SNF or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine the best course of treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and how to prevent future injuries
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare and ethical standards
