Job summary

Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an amazing team in Chico, CA. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic exercises with a focus on safety and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
• Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques

• Anticipated start date: Flexible
• Salary range: Up to $2340 weekly
• Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
• Travel contract assignment or a full-time opportunity, based on candidate preference and availability
