Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1463.00 ‐ $1685.00

Physical therapists (PTs) are healthcare professionals who diagnose and treat individuals of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, with medical problems or health-related conditions that limit their movement and functional activities. PTs assess each individual and develop treatment plans using techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They also work proactively to prevent mobility loss by creating fitness and wellness programs for healthier lifestyles. PTs work in various settings including hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health agencies, schools, sports facilities, workplaces, and nursing homes. State licensure is required in each state where the PT practices.

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• PT-CT
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: No more than 30 days gap in entire work history
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years SNF experience
