Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2067.00 ‐ $2150.00

A Skilled Nursing Home in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position. The candidate should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and be able to work in a fast-paced setting. This is a 13-week contract with potential for extension. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Skilled Nursing Home, Long Term Care, or Geriatrics. The schedule is 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.
