Start Date: ASAP   Pay Rate: $1557.52 ‐ $1706.65

Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Experience: 1 year of professional SNF experience required
• Will not accept RTO after submission
• Bill Rate: 70
• VMS MSP OID: Fees: 5%
• Credentialing required: 3 business days before start
• Requirements: NO NEW GRADS, ACTIVE LICENSE, MINIMUM 1 year SNF experience
• License: must be active
• Equipment: rehab optima
• Shift/Hours: Bill GWW: 0, Pay GWW: 0
• On Call: n/a
• Billing Cycle: weekly
• Notice: 2 weeks after the initial 2 weeks
• Parking: available
• Dress Code: professional attire
• Pre-screen required: Tender Touch
