Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2097.31 ‐ $2298.12

Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) in North Branford, CT, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join their team. The role involves supporting a friendly, positive, and professional environment, with a 13-week travel assignment that may be extended.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

• Proper State License
• Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care experience since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
• Rehab Optima (Net Health)
• COVID‐19 Vaccination card/documentation ‐ No Declinations Accepted
