Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP   Available Shifts: 8 D   Pay Rate: $2040.35 ‐ $2235.70

Position Overview

A Skilled Nursing Home in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract with the potential for extension. Candidates should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment in a fast-paced setting. Preference is given to those with experience in Skilled Nursing Homes, Long Term Care, or Geriatrics.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days. Immediate openings are available, and interviews are actively being conducted. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or contact their AMN Healthcare, Med Travelers, or Club Staffing recruiter.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist (PT) with Skilled experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• PT license (Compact accepted)
• At least 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Proper State License
• Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care experience since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
• Experience with Rehab Optima (Net Health)
• Negative COVID-19 test within 7-10 days of start
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation
