Start Date: 4/18/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1783.00 - $2055.00

Additional Details:

• Start Date: 1 year of professional SNF experience required
• Will not accept RTO after submission
• Bill Rate: VMS MSP | OID: Fees: 5%
• Credentialing required: 3 business days before start
• Requirements: NO NEW GRADS. MUST have ACTIVE LICENSE and MINIMUM of 1 year of SNF experience
• License: must be active
• Equipment: rehab optima
• Shift/Hours: Bill GWW: 0 | Pay GWW: 0
• Exp OT Bill: N/A
• On Call: n/a
• Billing Cycle: weekly
• Notice: 2 weeks after the initial 2 weeks
