We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Therapist to join a well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF). Candidates should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: No more than 30 days gap in entire work history
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
