Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1589.15 ‐ $1741.30

PT needed for assignment at Towne Park Senior Living in Brazil, IN. IN license required. SNF and Rehab Optima experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply!

Required Qualifications

• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS
• Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
